Delete your account (in the app)

You can delete your account directly inside the Awaremate app:

• Open Awaremate.
• Go to Settings.
• Select Account Options.
• Select Delete Account.
• Confirm the deletion prompt.

What happens when you delete

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account where reasonably practicable, subject to legal requirements and legitimate business needs.

Some information may be retained for compliance, security, fraud prevention, and operational purposes (for example, limited audit logs).

If you can’t access the app

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account and request account deletion. We may ask you to verify your identity.
